He who is concerned lays the bed Osaasire niwe ayara: This is when people (children)used to share a bed. the one who is concerned is the one one feeling sleepy and wants to sleep but the bed is not yet laid. So the sleepy one has to lay the bed so that he/she sleeps. It means the most concerned party has to take the first step to solve a problem at hand.
