Isingoma

Literally means "father of the drum." In this context, the "drum" may also be construed as the placenta. Isingoma is a name given to the older of twins, when it is a boy. When it is girl, it is called "Nyangoma", which translates as "mother of the drum". The younger of twins is called "Kato" which means "the young(er) one" or, if it is a girl, "Nyakato" (same meaning).
