CHOGM stand for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting or Commonwealth Summit is a meeting of the heads of state of the United Kingdom and her former colonies that is held every too years. The last meeting took place in Kampala, Uganda in November 2007.The Commonwealth comprises 53 member states.
