Uganda is a tropical, landlocked country located in East Africa. It is bordered by Sudan in the north, Kenya in the east, Tanzania in the South, Rwanda in the south-west and the Democratic of Congo in the west. It is 236,040 square kilometres in size. Although it is a tropical country, Uganda's climate is diverse across the regions, ranging from the cool, hilly area in the south to the warm flat glassland in the north.
